Chrisa Anderson, CPA
CL Anderson & Associates, PC represents individuals and businesses nationwide under pressure from the IRS.
Our practice is built on one principle: a Certified Public Accountant who represents you in writing, on the record, and in front of the agency — not a call center handing your file to a back office.
Chrisa Anderson is a licensed CPA and the principal of CL Anderson & Associates, PC. Under IRS Circular 230, Chrisa represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service in all 50 states. Engagements focus on federal tax controversy and resolution: audits, collections, liens, levies, payroll tax exposure, innocent spouse relief, offers in compromise, and penalty abatement.
How we work
- Every engagement begins with a $3,000 written assessment so you and we both know the scope before any commitment.
- Power of Attorney (Form 2848) is filed first so the IRS contacts us instead of you.
- Compliance comes before resolution — missing returns get prepared so the agency will negotiate.
- Fees are quoted in writing in a signed engagement agreement.
What we don't do
We do not promise outcomes. We do not claim influence with the IRS. We do not quote a fee before reading the transcripts. We do not take cases we cannot defensibly resolve. We do not take state tax controversy work — for state matters, we refer.
